Train to Busan, South Korea / Corée du Sud 2016, 118m, Yeon Sang-ho

For her birthday, Suan wants to take the high-speed KTX train from Seoul station to Busan, to visit her mother. Her father, Seok-woo, a career bureaucrat, tries to dissuade her but fails. He reluctantly takes time off work to accompany her. Little do they realise, as they board the train, that an unprecedented crisis is afflicting the entire country. A young woman with strange bruises sneaks onboard – threatening the survival of all. Seok-woo will have to do all he can to protect his daughter, even joining forces with other passengers. Best zombie movie ever; non-stop action from start-to-finish.

Pour son anniversaire, Suan veut prendre le train à grande vitesse KTX de la gare Séoul à Busan, pour rendre visite à sa mère. Son père, Seok-woo, un bureaucrate de carrière, tente de l'en dissuader, mais il échoue. Il prend à contrecoeur un congé afin de l'accompagner. Ils ne se rendent pas compte, comme ils montent à bord du train, qu'une crise sans précédent est affligeant le pays tout entier. Une jeune femme avec des bleus étranges se faufile à bord – qui menacent la survie de tous. Seok-woo devra faire tout son possible pour protéger sa fille, même de se joignant avec d'autres passagers. Meilleur film de zombies de tout le temps; de l'action non-stop du début à la fin.

Sori: Voice from the Heart, South Korea / Corée du Sud 2016, 117m, Lee Ho-jae

Kim Hae-Gwan's daughter Yoo-Ju disappeared ten years ago at the site of a devastating subway fire. They had fought just prior to her 'disappearance.' Everyone else has given up hope but him. His quest takes him to a remote island. He witnesses an American satellite crash into the sea. The next morning, a functioning component washes ashore. With the help of a tech geek, Kim gives it a name and a voice. He discovers that Sori has a similar purpose. However, Sori is an extremely important and highly classified piece of technology to both the U.S. and South Korea.

La fille de Kim Hae-Gwan, Yoo-Ju, a disparu il ya dix ans sur le site d'un incendie dévastateur dans le métro. Ils ont disputer juste avant sa «disparition». Tout le monde a renoncé à l'espoir, sauf lui. Sa quête le conduit à un île éloignée. Il est témoin d'un écrasement de satellite Américain dans la mer. Le lendemain matin, un composant fonctionnel se lave à terre. Avec l'aide d'un dingue de technologie, Kim lui donne un nom et une voix. Il découvre que Sori a un but similaire. Cependant, Sori est une pièce extrêmement importante et hautement secret de la technologie pours les États-Unis et pour le Corée du Sud.

The Phantom Detective, South Korea / Corée du Sud 2016, 125m, Jo Sung-hee

Except for witnessing his mother's death and seeing the face of her killer, private investigator Hong Gil-dong has almost no recollection of his childhood. He has tracked down her killer. His name is Kim Byung-duk. Unfortunately, Kim is kidnapped by Gwangeunhae – a mysterious organisation existing only in the shadows. Hong must muster up all of his formidable investigative talents in order to find Kim, with his two granddaughters – Dong-i and Mal-soon – tagging along. The two see him as their grandfather's saviour but his intention is quite the opposite. The performance of the three leads is engaging.

Sauf pour le témoignage de la mort de sa mère et de voir le visage de son tueur, le détective privé Hong Gil-dong a presque aucun souvenir de son enfance. Il a traqué son tueur. Son nom est Kim Byung-duk. Malheureusement, Kim est enlevé par Gwangeunhae – une mystérieuse organisation existante que dans les ombres. Hong doit rassembler tous ses talents d'investigation redoutables pour trouver Kim, avec ses deux petites-filles – Dong-i et Mal-soon – suivant. Les deux voient en lui le sauveur de leur grand-père, mais son intention est tout à fait le contraire. La performance des trois principals est engageante.
