Leonardo (Rafael Spregelburd), a very successful industrial designer, lives with his family in the Casa Curutchet, a Buenos Aires landmark built by renowned Swiss architect Le Corbusier. One morning he and his wife are awakened by banging noises. He discovers that workmen are installing a window facing his home. He demands to speak to his next door neighbour, Victor (Daniel Aráoz).
When Victor finally does speak to Leonardo, he tells him that he needs to have rays of sunshine come into his home. Leonardo protests saying it is contrary to building codes. As well it infringes upon his family’s privacy and would disturb his wife. Victor promises to restore his wall back to its original status but consistently finds reasons to stonewall. What is it about this window that perturbs Leonardo so much?
Through its dry and quirky humour this film exposes an all too common issue in our society. Quite often even that which we need is a hindrance to another. The two men, Leonardo and Victor, are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Leonardo is high class and sophisticated whereas Victor is crass and vulgar. Yet who is the real antagonist?

Un matin lui et sa femme sont réveillés par des bruits pénibles. Il découvre que des ouvriers sont entraine d’installez une fenêtre face à son domicile. Il demande à parler à son voisin d'à côté, Victor (Daniel Aráoz).
Lorsque Victor enfin parle à Leonardo, il lui dit qu'il a besoin d'avoir des rayons du soleil entré dans sa maison. Leonardo proteste en disant que c'est contrairement aux codes du bâtiment. De plus il porte atteinte sur la vie privée de sa famille et dérangera sa femme. Victor promet de restaurer son mur vers son état original, mais trouve toujours des raisons de retardé. Qu'est ce que c’est sur cette fenêtre qui perturbe Leonardo tellement?
Grâce à son humour sec et excentrique, ce film expose une question trop fréquente tous dans notre société. Bien souvent même que dont nous avons besoin est un obstacle pour l'autre. Les deux hommes, Leonardo et Victor, sont aux deux extrémités du spectre. Leonardo est de haute classe et sophistiquées tandis que Victor est grossier et vulgaire. Pourtant, qui est l'antagoniste réelle?
