Breakfast in a quaint alcove

Totally small, primitive
with old-fashioned cooking on a huge hot plate. The omelet was super good and
the frijoles were more like puree. And I liked them. Service was slow though. I
was the only one there. Eighteen-year-old Kevin, the owner’s young son, is so
sweet – worth going just to meet him; he’ll kiss your hand when you leave.
Carla, the cook and Fernanda, the gentle waiter complete the odd trio. Want to
be alone while eating your 0n-the-spot made breakfast, go here. They also have
heartier Mexican meals up to 4 p.m.
The address is Codo 18 in Centro, but if you blink too
long, you may miss it.
